Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT sales with at least 12 years in a similar role.
- Proven experience in enterprise IT solution or digital transformation sales.
- Experience in the Middle East (preferably Qatar) is highly desirable.
- Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated target-driven and customer-focused.
- Drive the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Identify pursue and close new business opportunities across sectors.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships acting as a trusted technology advisor.
- Manage existing accounts ensuring customer satisfaction and renewals.
- Develop and execute account plans for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and ensure timely project delivery.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and updates in the CRM system.
- Support the Sales Manager with reporting negotiations and client intelligence.
