We are hiring a results-driven Sales Manager for used cars, specializing in premium brands, at a well-known company in the automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the used car sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets for premium brands.
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to increase market share.
- Understanding customer needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Overseeing the preparation of sales reports and performance metrics to track progress.
- Conducting regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborating with marketing to create promotional campaigns that drive showroom traffic.
- Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Dynamic and passionate about the automotive industry, particularly premium brands.
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- 4-5 experience in sales management in the automotive sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A customer-focused approach with strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel under pressure.
