My client a leading IT Services & Cybersecurity company is looking for a Snr Account Manager to drive revenue growth within the Government sector in Qatar. This role focuses on identifying and closing new opportunities across a broad enterprise technology portfolio, while building long-term, trusted relationships with key stakeholders across multiple industry verticals.

Responsibilities
  • Own strategic relationships across public-sector accounts, positioning the organisation as a long-term technology partner.
  • Shape and execute go-to-market strategies to uncover and convert high-value enterprise opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle for complex technology solutions, from initial engagement through to contract award.
  • Develop and maintain accurate pipelines, forecasts, and account growth plans
  • Lead commercial discussions including proposal development, pricing strategy, and contract negotiation.
  • Champion transformation-led initiatives spanning solutions, services, and managed support.
  • Collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes and customer alignment.
  • Expand account footprint through value-based upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Anticipate and manage customer needs, ensuring a consistently high level of satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Enterprise IT sales and solution selling.
  • You MUST have connections within Government and large enterprises in Qatar.
  • Business development, opportunity qualification, and closing.
  • Negotiation, contracting, and stakeholder management.
  • 8+ years’ proven success in enterprise IT solution sales.
  • Experience selling complex, innovative technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of government customers and buying cycles.
  • You MUST be an Arabic speaker for this position.

My client will consider candidates living outside of Qatar wanting to relocate but you MUST have existing connections in Qatar to be considered.
