Overview

We are a Qatar-based events company specializing in conferences, corporate events, exhibitions, and trade-related projects. We are seeking an experienced Events Sales Officer to support business growth by generating new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals for conferences, events and exhibitions.

Responsibilities
  • Attract new clients and generate leads to grow the company’s events and exhibitions portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, government, and private-sector clients.
  • Meet clients, understand requirements, and propose tailored event solutions and packages.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations; negotiate terms and close deals.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, update CRM records, and provide regular performance reports.
  • Coordinate with the Interior Designer and Event Project Manager to ensure accurate scope, timelines, and client expectations are met.
  • Liaise with venues, suppliers, and partners as needed to support project requirements.
  • Follow up on, track, and support delivery of social media campaigns related to promotions, launches, and event marketing.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with clients and maintain high customer service standards throughout the sales process.
Required Qualifications
  • 3- 5 years of sales experience (preferably in events/exhibitions, hospitality, marketing, or related services).
  • Arab nationality.
  • Must be currently living in Qatar.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Skills
  • Strong lead generation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Good understanding of client needs and ability to offer solutions confidently.
  • Organized, target-driven, and able to manage multiple opportunities at once.
  • Comfortable using MS Office and CRM tools.
