Head of Sales | Qatar
What This Role Is About
We are looking for a Head of Sales, to be based in Qatar, to lead sales strategy and execution across Qatar and Asia Pacific region, including parts of India.
This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and managing sales operations across all channels, with direct ownership of execution beyond distributor management.
You will lead the commercial agenda for a strong Dairy / Food & Beverage portfolio, ensuring high performance across modern trade, traditional trade, food service, and key accounts.
This position requires frequent travel to India and candidates must be eligible to travel to India without visa limitations.
You will work closely with marketing, supply chain, and leadership teams to deliver sustainable growth, strengthen customer partnerships, and build high-performing sales teams across regions.
The Client’s Definition of the Ideal Fit- Proficiency in English and Hindi is required.
- Minimum of 15+ years of experience in sales leadership within the Dairy or Food & Beverage sector is required.
- Ability to travel frequently across India without visa limitations
- Proven leadership managing sales across all channels (MT, TT, Ho Re Ca , Key Accounts)
- Must have handled direct sales operations, not only through distributors
- Experience leading multi-market responsibility.
- Strong commercial mindset with expertise in sales planning, execution, and team leadership
- Track record of delivering growth, market expansion, and operational excellence
