Responsible for supporting sales operations, enhancing customer experience, and driving additional revenue through proactive customer engagement and data-driven follow-up. The role requires flexibility to support multiple branches and act as a backup resource when required.
Principal Accountabilities- Conduct timely customer callbacks to follow up on inquiries, service utilization, and post-sales feedback.
- Ensure all customer communications are handled professionally to improve satisfaction and retention
- Identify and support upselling opportunities by promoting value-added services such as tinting, PPF, and related products
- Clearly communicate service benefits to customers to increase conversion rates.
- Act as a replacement for sales promoters and sales executives during leave, off-duty periods, or absences
- Maintain accurate customer records and databases
- Prepare and update reports related to customer follow-ups, conversions, and sales performance
- Convert pending or unutilized tint opportunities into confirmed sales through effective communication and coordination
- Support and operate across different branches throughout the year based on business requirements
