Marsh a global leader in insurance broking and risk management is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our Qatar team. We are looking for a talented professional who can drive growth and build strategic client relationships in the insurance and advisory sector.

Role

Description:

We are recruiting an experienced sales professional to lead business development efforts identifying and securing new business opportunities across Qatar and the broader GCC region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the insurance and risk management market
  • Develop and maintain relationships with mid to senior-level stakeholders
  • Network extensively to expand client base and generate leads
  • Consultatively sell Mercer products across different organizational levels
  • Develop comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Convert potential leads into long-term client relationships
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of professional sales experience
  • Background preferably in insurance broking
  • Strong networking and communication skills
  • Ability to engage with mid to senior-level decision-makers
  • Proven track record in business development
  • Preference for candidates from Qatar or GCC market
  • Excellent command of English
