Overview
A Senior Sales Manager manages the hotel sales and marketing plans by recommending growth efforts, monitoring progress and ensuring that the hotel is competitively positioned within the local marketplace.
What will I be doingAs Senior Sales Manager you will collaborate with the Senior Management Team to drive business growth, expand market reach through strategic promotions and sales channels, and lead the development of a high-performing sales team while executing key responsibilities to the highest standards.
- Lead and execute hotel sales and marketing plans across all market segments
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive targeted business initiatives
- Develop and implement local sales strategies aligned with brand goals
- Present monthly performance reports to hotel owners and senior management
- Coordinate with departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences and integrated sales programs
- Manage client contracts and pricing in line with current business conditions
A Senior Sales Manager serving Hilton Brand hotels and vacations is always working on behalf of our Guests and Clients while collaborating closely with other Team Members across departments. To successfully fill this role you should consistently demonstrate the attitude, behaviours, skills and values that follow:
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in sales management, preferably in luxury hospitality
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities
- Strategic thinking with strong analytical and reporting skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Familiarity with market segmentation, pricing strategies and revenue optimization
- Ability to represent the brand with professionalism and poise in high-level client engagements
