HVAC Sales Manager

Mannai Home is a leading distributor and retailer of globally recognized home appliance and electronics brands. As part of its strategic growth, Mannai Home is expanding its HVAC portfolio and strengthening its presence in the commercial business segment to support larger-scale customer and project requirements in Qatar.

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Sales Manager to lead and grow the commercial and projects HVAC business under Mannai Home. This role focuses on project sales, client engagement, and team leadership, targeting consultants, contractors, developers, and end users across commercial segments.

• Lead and manage HVAC sales for commercial and project-based opportunities.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow project pipeline and revenue.
• Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and key decision-makers.
• Identify, track, and convert HVAC project opportunities from early stages to award.
• Coordinate with technical and engineering teams to develop compliant and competitive solutions.
• Oversee preparation of technical submittals, commercial proposals, and tenders.
• Support negotiations, value engineering discussions, and final contract closures.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming project opportunities.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and timelines.

• 10+ years of experience in HVAC commercial or project sales in Qatar.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including VRF, ducted split, and chilled water systems.
• Proven experience working with consultants, main contractors, and MEP contractors.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in tendering, specifications, and project-based sales cycles.
• Results-driven and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
