Job Summary:

We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis in Doha. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing directly to the growth of the studio within a marketing agency environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities
• Communicate with potential clients and present company services
• Convert leads into confirmed clients
• Proactively initiate outreach and client acquisition activities
• Follow up with prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline
• Achieve assigned sales targets and growth objectives
• Coordinate with the account management team after closing deals

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales
• Previous experience in marketing, digital services, or agencies is preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Professional approach to client relationships
