Job Summary

The Sales Manager – Qatar will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role focuses on achieving revenue targets across all market segments, including events, hospitality, government, industrial, and defense sectors, while supporting the branch’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in Qatar
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across sectors: events, weddings, hospitality, government, industrial, and defense
  • Manage key accounts, build long-term client relationships, and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and tender submissions
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability
  • Collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

    Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance tracking
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings
  • Work closely with Branch Manager to align sales strategy with overall branch goals
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
  • 5–10 years of sales experience in events industry
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and client relationship skills
  • Knowledge of the Qatar market and business environment
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
