We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established commercial equipment solutions and services company operating in Qatar. The organization supplies temporary and project-based equipment and support services to contractors, infrastructure projects, facility management companies, and industrial clients. The business focuses on reliability, fast response, and long-term customer relationships.

We are seeking motivated and field-oriented Business Development Executives to support the commercial team and expand market presence. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with project stakeholders, and generating recurring B2B revenue.

The position is primarily field-based and requires regular visits to construction sites, contractor offices, and industrial locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and approach new contractors, subcontractors, and facility management companies
  • Conduct regular site visits and client meetings to generate enquiries
  • Convert enquiries into rental and service contracts
  • Build relationships with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams
  • Assist clients in selecting suitable equipment and service solutions
  • Prepare quotations and follow up to close business
  • Support vendor registration and prequalification with major contractors
  • Coordinate with operations and logistics teams regarding delivery and service
  • Maintain regular follow-ups to develop repeat business
  • Monitor competitor activity and market opportunities
Requirements
  • 2–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience in equipment rental
  • Experience dealing with contractors, FM companies, or industrial clients and equipment rental
  • Background in technical or rental service-based sales preferred
  • (equipment, machinery, generators, HVAC, MEP services, industrial supplies, maintenance services, etc.)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-driven and target-oriented personality
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Valid Qatar/GCC driving license preferred
