Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Fit‑Out & Interior Solutions to lead and grow our sales operations. This role is responsible for driving revenue, managing the sales team, developing key client relationships, and closing high‑value fit‑out and interior projects.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in interior fit‑out sales, understands design and execution workflows, and can translate business opportunities into profitable, well‑executed projects.
Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Strategy- Lead and manage the sales team
- Define and achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Develop sales strategies for fit‑out, interior solutions, and aluminum products
- Monitor pipeline performance, forecasts, and conversion rates
- Identify and develop new business opportunities (villas, developers, consultants, contractors)
- Build strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, and project stakeholders
- Attend client meetings, presentations, and negotiations for key projects
- Oversee preparation of proposals, quotations, and commercial offers
- Support negotiation and closing of fit‑out and interior projects
- Ensure smooth handover from sales to design and project execution teams
- Work closely with estimation, design, aluminum, and project management teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or Business
- 8–10+ years experience in fit‑out or interior solutions sales
, with management exposure - Proven track record of closing high‑value interior fit‑out projects
- Strong understanding of design, materials, estimation, and execution workflows
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and client‑management skills
- Experience managing sales targets, teams, and CRM systems
- Qatar or GCC market experience is a strong advantage
