This role is ideal for individuals who excel in delivering five‑star, hospitality‑driven client experiences. Key Responsibilities- Attend to showroom visitors in a professional and timely manner, ensuring a luxury brand experience.
- Make professional client presentations that highlight product value and luxury positioning.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding vehicle specifications, pricing, and payment methods with strong product knowledge.
- Prepare proposals based on customer needs and brand‑aligned technical specifications.
- Provide quotations and follow up with customers after presentations to drive successful conversions.
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements and support timely payment of receivables.
- Coordinate with the Credit/Finance department on financing options and assist in handling credit applications.
- Deliver vehicles to customers and ensure a seamless transition to After‑Sales.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on brand technical features.
- Submit accurate sales forecasts and maintain detailed customer records for follow‑ups and relationship management.
- Background in luxury retail (watches, jewelry, high‑end fashion), premium relationship roles, or five‑star hospitality/concierge/VIP guest relations.
- Premium automotive experience is welcome but not required.
- Strong communication skills with high emotional intelligence and a refined customer‑service mindset.
- Professional, polished appearance aligned with luxury brand standards.
- Consultative selling style with the ability to guide clients through a high‑touch, personalized journey.
- Process‑oriented, organized, and consistent in follow‑through and documentation.
- Passion for luxury, design, and advanced technology.
- English and Arabic speaking skills preferred.
