As a dynamic and expanding company, we are looking for a results‑driven Sales Executive to contribute to our continued growth.
Role DescriptionThe Sales Executive will be responsible for building and sustaining profitable client relationships within the ICT and Audio Visual sectors. This role focuses on active lead generation, identifying new business opportunities, and managing the entire sales lifecycle to ensure superior customer satisfaction and business growth, with a strong emphasis on AV and ICT system integration projects.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and actively pursue potential new business opportunities, particularly within the Audio Visual (AV) and broader ICT system integration sector.
- Develop and execute effective sales plans and strategies tailored to our target clientele and market.
- Build and maintain long‑term, lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Organize and conduct client visits, as well as attend relevant industry meetings, conferences, and seminars to stay updated on market demands,
including the latest AV technologies and trends. - Coordinate seamlessly with the technical and pre‑sales engineering team to ensure the delivery of tailored, comprehensive solutions to clients,
especially for complex Audio Visual and integrated ICT projects. - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and technical proposals to prospective clients.
- Manage a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular feedback and reports to management on progress and account status.
- B2B knowledge in AV Sector
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably within the ICT system integration sector, with demonstrable experience in selling Audio Visual (AV) solutions (e.g., control systems, video walls, digital signage, conferencing systems).
- Proven track record of successfully achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- A strong portfolio of achievements in the Audio Visual Technology market is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
- Must possess a valid Qatar Driving License.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
