Responsibilities
- Meet and greet customers
- Check requirement of customer and refer to the catalogue (FAST) for Parts Numbers
- Check the availability and generate requisition
- Negotiate, finalize order and invoice parts upon confirmation from customer
- Report PNA cases to Assistant Manager - Sales
- In case of branches, plan branch parts inventory as per parts movement
- In case of outdoor sales, visit all customers regularly and ensure daily reporting/ attainment of set objectives
- Tally cash with daily report and deposit cash at bank on a daily basis. (Applicable for branch only)
