Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead revenue growth in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise sales, client relationship management, and market expansion, with a proven ability to drive business in a competitive environment.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in Qatar
• Identify and acquire new clients while expanding existing accounts
• Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation → proposal → negotiation → closure
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and commercial discussions
• Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, marketing, delivery) for solution alignment
• Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics
• Stay updated on market trends, competition, and customer needs
• Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and client engagements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 7–12 years of experience in sales / business development
• Strong experience in B2B / enterprise sales
• Experience in Qatar or GCC market preferred
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
• Arabic speaker
