Job Description – Sales Promoter

Position Title: Sales Promoter
Location: Qatar
Duration: 1 Month
Shift Timing: Mid Shift – 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Working Days: 6 Days per Week

The Sales Promoter is responsible for promoting products/services, engaging with customers, increasing brand awareness, and achieving sales targets through excellent customer service and effective product presentation.

• Promote and demonstrate products to customers in a professional manner.
• Approach customers proactively and explain product features and benefits.
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate product information.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and support overall sales performance.
• Maintain product displays and ensure shelves/booths are clean and organized.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate with supervisors regarding replenishment.
• Distribute promotional materials and support marketing activities.
• Collect customer feedback and report market trends or competitor activities.
• Follow company policies, grooming standards, and health & safety requirements.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales promotion, retail sales, or customer service.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable and customer-focused personality.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and stand for extended periods.
• Immediate availability preferred.

• High School Certificate or equivalent.

• Sales and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer handling ability.
• Teamwork and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
