What You Will Do
The Sales Engineer – HVAC, Install will report to the Senior Sales Manager – HVAC Solutions and be based in Doha. The role focuses on generating business through selling HVAC solutions to contractors and clients, driving growth of the install division in the Building Technology and Solutions sector with a particular focus on the HVAC portfolio.
How You Will Do ItAs an experienced Sales Engineer you will understand and showcase our product portfolio of HVAC solutions, work closely with customers to meet their expectations and close new opportunities. Your responsibilities include conducting site audits, suggesting improvements, developing sales strategies, qualifying and prioritizing opportunities, maintaining territory records, preparing financial justifications and proposals, making presentations, handling follow‑ups, and reporting progress. You will interface with operations to deliver and improve service delivery, maintain established accounts through regular contact, and update sales tools for accurate forecasting.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience selling HVAC products, specifically chillers, AHUs, FCUs in the Qatar market
- Deep knowledge of HVAC systems
- Customer‑focused with strong relationship‑building skills
- Excellent organization and multi‑tasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment
- Determined, results‑driven, mature, with high team spirit
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Valid Qatar driving license
