Aldibel L.L.C is dedicated to, ensuring top‑notch services and products that cater to the unique needs of our clientele. We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Representative – Pharmaceuticals to join our team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will promote and sell our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and pharmacies in the region.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key decision‑makers, and stakeholders in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate healthcare professionals about our pharmaceutical offerings
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals set by the company
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies
  • Attend medical conferences, seminars, and trade shows to promote our products and expand our network
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to provide customer feedback and market insights
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory performance using CRM software
  • Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about industry developments
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in pharmaceutical sales
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, healthcare systems, and medical terminology
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proficiency in negotiation and closing techniques
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Experience with CRM software and data analysis
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
  • Sales certification (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
  • Resilience and adaptability to handle changing market conditions
  • Experience in Retail pharmacy sales
