We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Representative – Pharmaceuticals to join our team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will promote and sell our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and pharmacies in the region.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key decision‑makers, and stakeholders in the pharmaceutical industry
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate healthcare professionals about our pharmaceutical offerings
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals set by the company
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies
- Attend medical conferences, seminars, and trade shows to promote our products and expand our network
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to provide customer feedback and market insights
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory performance using CRM software
- Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about industry developments
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in pharmaceutical sales
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, healthcare systems, and medical terminology
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in negotiation and closing techniques
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Experience with CRM software and data analysis
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Sales certification (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
- Resilience and adaptability to handle changing market conditions
- Experience in Retail pharmacy sales
