Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new B2B leads through strategic outreach leveraging a multi-channel approach including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations, acting as a trusted advisor and industry expert.
- Effectively manage a sales pipeline, accurately forecasting sales opportunities and consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.
- Negotiate and close deals, skillfully navigating complex sales cycles and overcoming objections to secure profitable contracts.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure client satisfaction and seamless onboarding.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and stay abreast of the latest developments.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales skills and product knowledge through ongoing training and development programs.
- Demonstrates 2+ years of B2B sales experience, showcasing a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building client relationships.
- Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent;
Bachelor's degree preferred, demonstrating a foundation for professional success. - Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) is essential, indicating proficiency in sales process management and data analysis.
- Demonstrates strong negotiation skills and closing abilities, reflecting the capacity to convert prospects into paying clients.
- Exhibits exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
- Demonstrates a self-motivated, results-oriented attitude, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Possesses a strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving goals, showcasing the drive to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Displays a positive and resilient attitude, enabling effective handling of rejection and maintaining focus on sales objectives.
- Proficiency in English is required; multilingual abilities are a plus, improving the ability to connect with a wider customer base.
- Demonstrates the ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events, showing the willingness to engage with clients face-to-face.
