Position Overview

Senior Account Manager roles in Doha, Qatar support Qatar Airways commercial growth by managing and developing strategic relationships with corporate and trade customers. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow relationships with assigned corporate and trade customers to drive sustainable revenue performance
  • Prepare and execute account development plans delivering short, medium, and long-term mutual value
  • Contribute to formulation and implementation of Qatar Airways sales strategy within the assigned market
  • Recommend and manage corporate and trade pricing requests in line with budget and revenue objectives
  • Prioritize premium cabin and high-yield sales across the account portfolio
  • Review sales performance data to identify tactical revenue opportunities and improve distribution efficiency
  • Lead joint sales and marketing initiatives with partners to grow revenue quality and market presence
  • Represent Qatar Airways at trade events, promotions, and sales functions, including educational and familiarization visits
  • Build strong internal collaboration with pricing, marketing, and revenue management teams
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 4 years of customer-facing experience within the airline or travel industry, including contract negotiation
  • Strong commercial acumen with up-to-date knowledge of airline and travel products
  • Proven sales orientation with understanding of market practices, particularly within the GCC
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills with the ability to engage at all organisational levels
  • Fluency in English is essential, Arabic language skills are an advantage
