Overview
Qatar Living is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our Qatar Living Jobs team.
We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record of independently generating and pursuing new sales leads
, with demonstrated success in e-commerce sales and outdoor client acquisition — not just managing inbound sales inquiries.
In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding the platform’s presence among businesses, recruitment agencies, and job seekers through proactive lead generation

Your contribution will be key to positioning QL Jobs as the leading advertising jobs platform in Qatar.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibility
:
Client Acquisition & Sales:
- Proactively engage in cold calling, lead management, and client outreach.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and market research.
- Develop and present proposals, follow up on sales, and manage client accounts to ensure retention.
- Showcase QL Jobs services to businesses, recruitment firms, and potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close mutually beneficial deals.
- Achieve and surpass sales targets, KPIs, and revenue objectives.
Customer Account Management & Support:
- Manage customer accounts, follow up with clients for administrative purposes, and provide troubleshooting assistance.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients, including platform training to ensure efficient use of the platform for better ROI.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients through professional communication via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Deliver performance reports to maximize client retention.
- Respond to customer inquiries and anticipate their needs for a seamless experience.
Marketing & Promotions:
- Curate and manage content for social media platforms, including Daily Job Alerts, Weekly Job Alerts, and Featured Employer promotions & Newsletters.
- Implement bulk email and SMS marketing campaigns, utilizing data extraction from competitors for insights.
Events & Exhibitions:
- Represent QL Jobs at career fairs, job fairs, networking events, and exhibitions to promote the platform.
- Work closely with the team to ensure successful participation and effective engagement at client and industry events.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Assist Line manager Generate monthly reports on client engagement, and platform performance
. - Conduct market research and analysis and assist in identifying industry trends and market opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce sales
, software-as-a-service (SaaS) sales
, or a related sales role. - Proficiency in English and Hindi/Urdu is required.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.
- Experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client needs.
- Experience in recruitment industry is an advantage.
