Responsibilities

  • Promoting and selling company s automation products for projects Wiring Devices Cables Cable Trays Circuit Breakers Bus Duct etc.
  • Identifying potential projects through direct contacts with consultants Interior s designers Architectures and contractors from different sources of information market data professional bulletins magazines etc.
  • Networking establishing relations with appropriate contacts that would help market research competition price levels marketing plan input information gathering offering bidding follow-up etc.
  • Studying books of specifications and selecting the most suitable product.
  • Preparing offers in coordination with Sales Manager revising offers as necessary.
  • Following up with appropriate contacts technical and commercial on submitted offers to secure a positive closing drafting initiating relative purchase orders creation and pricing of new items on BP with approval of PM supervising invoicing delivery to site testing and commissioning with After Sales team following-up on customers accounts and ensuring that payment schedule is well executed and or credit terms are well respected.
  • Recommending new products that complement existing product line and insure comprehensive response to specific needs of various market segments.
  • Following-up on projects execution with the Application Engineer communicating with Suppliers Principal on by sending RFQs request special prices reporting market share and targeted project.
  • Maintaining a healthy inventory level of products and spare that would insure responsive supply and after sales service.
  • Preparing necessary reports and liquidation plans if any.
Qualifications

Excellent communication skills and client’s relationship Knowledge of utilizing Project Management Strong negotiation skills and the ability to have a strong impact and influence key decisions Ability to review technical drawings and projects scope of work.
