Summary
The Sales Executive role in Qatar is a dynamic and results-driven position focused on driving revenue growth within the competitive hospitality sector. This role is essential for expanding the company’s client base, strengthening corporate partnerships, and achieving ambitious sales targets. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in hotel and hospitality sales to identify new business opportunities, cultivate long-term client relationships, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
Success in this role requires a proactive, target-oriented mindset and a deep understanding of the Qatar market landscape.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the hospitality sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders
- Promote company services through targeted outreach and presentations
- Prepare competitive quotations, proposals, and comprehensive sales reports
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Achieve established monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry
- Proven track record in corporate sales, client acquisition, and business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage client relationships with professionalism and consistency
- Target-oriented mindset with proven ability to work independently
- Good understanding of the Qatar market is highly advantageous
- Valid NOC preferred
- Immediate joining candidates will be given preference
