Summary:
The Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team by managing daily operations, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining seamless communication across departments. This position is essential for driving sales efficiency, enhancing client satisfaction, and supporting strategic reporting. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment, contributing directly to the company’s sales performance and operational success in Qatar.
- Coordinate daily sales operations and provide administrative support to the sales team
- Prepare quotations, invoices, reports, and other sales‑related documentation
- Respond to client inquiries, manage order follow‑ups, and maintain professional communication
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer records and sales data
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery
- Manage email correspondence and ensure prompt, professional client engagement
- Assist management in compiling sales reports and regular performance updates
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination or a related administrative role
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel and Outlook
- Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
- Valid NOC is mandatory
- Immediate availability to join is preferred
