Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Account Manager - Distribution to manage and grow relationships with channel partners and key accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing account performance, supporting sales initiatives and ensuring strong customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and develop relationships with assigned channel partners and customer accounts.
- Drive revenue growth and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up on business opportunities.
- Support account planning, forecasting, and sales performance tracking.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability.
- Conduct regular account reviews and identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, and account documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, supply chain, logistics, and finance.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and business partners.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 0-4 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Business Development, Distribution, Retail, FMCG, Consumer Technology, or related fields.
- Experience in Account Management, Client Relationship Management, Distribution Management, Dealer Management, Distributor Management, Channel Management, or B2B Sales is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
