Position Summary

The Sales Representative will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets for assigned products through effective territory management, strong customer engagement, and successful execution of promotional initiatives. The role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with pharmacies, clinics, and healthcare providers while identifying opportunities for business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute product promotion and launch activities for new products.
  • Plan and implement effective customer coverage for pharmacies.
  • Conduct sales and market analysis to identify growth opportunities and priority customers.
  • Build, maintain, and manage strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Demonstrate strong commercial awareness, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales objectives and KPIs.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative (mandatory).
  • Experience in pharmacy sales is highly preferred.
  • Experience dealing with clinics and healthcare providers is an advantage.
  • Good command of both Arabic and English.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage an assigned territory.
  • Valid Qatar driving license.
  • Transferable visa is a must.
