Role DescriptionThe Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling vehicles while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role requires building strong customer relationships, identifying customer needs, presenting suitable vehicle options, and guiding customers through the entire sales process from inquiry to vehicle delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads and customer inquiries.
- Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives.
- Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and budget.
- Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and related documentation.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, financing options, and after-sales services.
- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Registration, and Delivery teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, competitor activities, and promotional campaigns.
- 2 years of automotive sales experience
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Valid driving license preferred
- Knowledge of vehicle financing, insurance, and automotive products is an advantage.
