Responsibilities
- Drive sales of tyres, batteries, and lubricants by actively engaging with potential customers and understanding their vehicle needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with a diverse client base, including individual vehicle owners, fleet managers, and workshops.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide expert advice on the features, benefits, and applications of various tyre, battery, and lubricant options.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective product presentation and negotiation skills.
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the automotive parts, tyres, batteries, or lubricants sector.
- Degree or diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in automotive technology is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and explain technical product specifications and benefits.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills to build rapport with customers.
