We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant for lubricants B2B to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through consultative selling. Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and negotiations.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
