• Generate new business leads: analyze local market trends and competitor activity to uncover opportunities across revenue streams.
• Grow customer accounts: build relationships with existing customers and travel locally to expand market share and drive business to the hotel/cluster.
• Negotiate and contract effectively: secure group and corporate bookings by negotiating rates and preparing contracts in line with pricing strategies.
• Develop local marketing: support business growth by leveraging creative marketing channels tailored to the local market.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally: partner with other hotel departments to develop exceptional guest experiences and build comprehensive sales programs.
• Provide visibility into sales efforts: maintain detailed records of sales activity and deliver timely updates to sales leadership.
• Respond to client enquiries: handle customer questions and requests promptly and professionally to support conversion and satisfaction.
