Cleanly is a residential cleaning and cleaner supply service based in Doha, Qatar, specializing in flexible hourly cleaning for apartments and villas. Offering a variety of services, including home cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and recurring cleaning, Cleanly ensures customers can tailor their bookings based on specific needs. Cleaning materials are provided by clients, and all bookings are confirmed by the team after verifying staff availability.

Cleanly operates predominantly within Doha and neighboring areas, with selective accommodations for locations outside the city.

This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role located in Doha, Qatar. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, conducting client outreach, and building strong relationships. The role includes presenting and promoting Cleanly’s services, negotiating and finalizing sales agreements, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. The Salesperson will collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and improve client engagement while providing excellent service and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.

• Proven sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Organizational skills and proficiency in managing time effectively
• Experience in using CRM software or sales tracking tools is a plus
• Familiarity with the residential cleaning or service industry is advantageous
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

• Previous sales experience in Qatar or similar markets is preferred
