About the Job
Seib Insurance and Reinsurance - Qatar, is looking for a Telemarketing Officer to join its growing team. The Telemarketing Officer will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and converting potential clients, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the expansion of the retail portfolio. The incumbent is expected to promote and explain the company’s products and services, manage the end-to-end sales process, address customer inquiries and objections, and ensure clients are provided with suitable solutions.

Respond to all queries raised by customers as part of the sales proce - ss.
Identify and overcome customer objections as part of the sales pit - ch.
Take customers through the entire sales process and obtain their buy-in, ensuring they are fully informed and minimizing any potential conflict or mis-selli - ng.
Obtain customer information at all times and ensure records are continuously updated and maintained accurate - ly.
Explore new business opportunities by obtaining referrals and customer leads from existing and prospective clien - ts.
Achieve qualitative and quantitative targets, including new business generation, retention, line-of-business penetration, and conversion/hit rati - os.
Contribute to the growth of the Retail Portfolio through proactive sales activiti - es.
Ensure solutions remain fit for purpose through regular reviews with custome - rs.
Continuously develop technical and operational knowled - ge.
Maintain the highest standards of verbal and written communicati - on.
Effectively manage and resolve customer conflicts and concer - ns.
Achieve additional KPIs related to growth initiatives, including cross-selling and upselling activiti - es.
Support business growth through competitive tracking, pipeline management, campaign management, and other related initiativ - es.
Demonstrate strong persuasive, negotiation, and problem-solving skil - ls.
Maintain a robust and up-to-date database of customers and prospective custome - rs.
Conduct rigorous follow-up to maximize the likelihood of clients opting for the company’s servic - es.
Maintain complete and accurate records of telephonic interactions, orders, and customer accoun - ts.
Conduct customer service feedback surveys as and when initiat
- ents Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualificat
- ion.
Proven track record in sa - les.
Proficiency in relevant computer applicati - ons.
Excellent typing ski - lls.
Strong knowledge of sales principles and techniq - ues.
Proficiency in English;
Arabic is an advantage. Additional languages are a p - lus.
Knowledge of the Qatari travel agent market and existing contacts is an advant
