We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Tele Sales Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling telecom products and services over the phone, generating leads, identifying customer needs, and converting prospects into customers. The role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong customer‑focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities- Call potential and existing customers to promote telecom products and services.
- Generate new sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Explain product features, prices, and available offers.
- Follow up with customers and maintain good relationships.
- Update customer information and sales activities in the system.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional attitude.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve business goals.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales.
- Previous telecom sales experience is preferred.
- Ability to work in a target‑driven environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Valid QID with at least 3 months validity.
- Arabic and English, Arabic is an advantage.
- Preferred age below 40 years.
