Responsibilities
- Promote the company’s scaffolding services to contractors, construction companies, and industrial clients
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups
- Prepare quotations and commercial proposals
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
- Achieve sales targets and support the company’s expansion plans
- Experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in the scaffolding, construction, or contracting sector
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive, result-oriented, and customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting
- A valid driving licence is mandatory
- Candidates currently in Qatar and available for immediate joining will have an advantage
