Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue targets within the steel fabrication sector focusing on high‑value projects.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by proactively engaging with potential clients in construction, infrastructure, and manufacturing industries.
Build and maintain strong long‑lasting relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders, understanding their evolving project needs.
Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, emerging opportunities, and potential threats.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field;
Master's degree is a plus. - Minimum of 5–7 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the steel fabrication or heavy manufacturing industry.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales quotas in a competitive market.
- Strong understanding of steel fabrication processes, materials, and relevant industry standards (e.g., AISC, EN standards).
