Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven DTC Insurance Agent to promote and sell insurance products directly to customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships while achieving sales target
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development- Promote and sell insurance product (life insurance) directly to customers.
- Generate leads through calls, referrals, digital platforms, and walk-ins.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct needs analysis and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Provide professional advice on policy selection, coverage, and benefits.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Assist clients with policy documentation, applications, and renewals.
- Ensure accurate data entry and compliance with company policies.
- Follow up on pending cases and ensure timely policy issuance.
- Adhere to regulatory and compliance standards in all sales activities.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance sales (mandatory).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (preferred).
