Purpose of Role

The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone, understanding their needs, pitching relevant products or services, and closing sales. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with strong negotiation skills and a passion for driving revenue.

Accountability
  • Make outbound calls to prospects and leads from provided databases or marketing campaigns.
  • Understand customer needs, qualify leads, and effectively pitch suitable products or services.
  • Overcome objections and convert cold or warm leads into successful sales or follow-up appointments.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Follow up with potential customers via phone, email, or messaging platforms to nurture interest and close deals.
  • Provide excellent customer service during and after the sales process to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay updated on product offerings, market trends, and competitor activities.
Position Requirements Education Background

High school Certificate.

Work Environment & Schedule

Full-time role with shift-based or fixed schedules depending on business needs. On-site or hybrid work setup may require weekend availability based on campaign demand.

Work Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in outbound calling or inside sales roles.
  • Experience in B2C or B2B telesales preferred.
  • Background in sectors such as telecom, education, finance, SaaS, or insurance preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
