Sales Executive (Oil & Gas)
Location: Doha, Qatar Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Executive to develop and grow the customer base, identify new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets within the oil & gas sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, preparing sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and driving business growth while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market share.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (any discipline), Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is an added advantage.
- Minimum 6–8 years of sales experience, preferably in the oil & gas, fuel, petroleum products, energy, or industrial sectors.
- Proven experience in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Strong understanding of the fuel supply chain, pricing mechanisms, and market dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems is an advantage.
- Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory.
- Bilingual (English & Arabic) candidates are preferred.
