ResponsibilitiesAs a Lead Client Accountable Executive, you will manage client relationships, serve as the critical point of escalation, and advocate for client interests. You will guide engagements, showcase value, chart strategic road‑mapping sessions, drive sales, and establish best practices for client profitability.
- Unified Engagement:
Guide engagements with clients, harmonizing strategy, messaging, and delivery. - Elevated Visibility:
Elevate client reference‑ability and showcase value. - Strategic Visionary:
Chart courses for solutions through strategic road‑mapping sessions. - Sales Dynamo:
Drive the sales process from inception to closure and exceed quotas. - Financial Stewardship:
Establish best practices for client profitability from invoicing to contracts.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of HCIT client relationship management, sales, business development, or consulting experience.
- Career Level:
IC4.
