Overview
Engage customers proactively by understanding their project needs and recommending the perfect paint solutions from our extensive range of Master product knowledge, including color palettes, finishes, application techniques, and the unique benefits of each paint line.
Responsibilities- Conduct personalized color consultations, helping clients visualize and select the ideal hues to transform their spaces.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively, showcasing the quality and performance of our paints.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing or a related field is a plus.
- Have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably within the home improvement or decorative paints sector.
- Demonstrate a keen eye for color and design, with a passion for interior aesthetics.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with diverse clientele.
