A leading European AI company is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive strategic growth across Qatar and the wider Middle East. This is a senior, high-autonomy individual contributor role with full ownership of the regional enterprise market, engaging C-level executives to deliver transformational AI solutions into complex enterprise environments.
Successful candidates will have a proven track record of selling emerging technologies within AI or deep-tech scale-ups, closing high-value enterprise deals, and developing new business from scratch. You will work closely with technical, product, and leadership teams to co-create bespoke AI solutions for some of the region's largest organisations.
Ideal candidates will have knowledge of:
• Enterprise software and AI solution sales
• Complex consultative and value-based selling methodologies
• Managing full enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through to close
• Selling into C-suite stakeholders (CEO, CIO, CTO, CDO, CFO)
• New business development and strategic account acquisition
• Building and closing enterprise deals valued at €500K+
• Multi-stakeholder procurement and enterprise negotiations
• AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, or Deep Tech markets
• Developing executive business cases and transformation roadmaps
• CRM management, pipeline forecasting, and sales governance
• Partner ecosystems including System Integrators and Big Four consultancies
• GTM strategy development and territory planning
• Executive relationship management and long-term account growth
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Customer Success
• Enterprise digital transformation and innovation programmes
• Fluent English and native Arabic communication
