Role Description

The Sales Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar. This role supports the sales team by handling daily administrative tasks, preparing sales materials, and maintaining accurate records in CRM and other systems. The Sales Assistant responds to customer inquiries, follows up on leads, and helps schedule meetings and product demonstrations. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely information flow, assisting in the preparation of proposals, and contributing to basic sales reporting.

The Sales Assistant is expected to provide professional customer service, support sales campaigns, and help maintain an organized and efficient sales operation.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on leads.
  • Prepare sales materials and assist in proposal preparation.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and other systems; schedule meetings and product demonstrations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely information flow.
  • Support sales campaigns and basic sales reporting; provide professional customer service.
Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written, to support sales interactions and documentation.
  • Basic to intermediate sales knowledge and skills to assist with lead follow-up, product information, and opportunity tracking.
  • Organizational skills to manage schedules, records, and multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools and CRM or sales software platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High level of reliability, attention to detail, and integrity in handling customer and company information.
  • Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles is an advantage.
  • Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
