Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Qatar.
- Promote IT outsourcing services, including managed IT services, staffing, software development, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and technical support.
- Promote Non‑IT outsourcing services, including manpower supply, administration, customer service, logistics, drivers, facility management, and support staff.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, email campaigns, and client visits.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate contracts and close new business.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for cross‑selling and upselling.
- Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven business development experience in Qatar, preferably in IT or manpower outsourcing.
- Valid Qatar driving licence (preferred).
- Existing network of corporate and government clients in Qatar – strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Fluent in English;
Arabic is an advantage.
