About the Role
Ali Bin Ali Beauty is seeking an ambitious, commercially driven Regional Sales Executive to support the growth of our expanding portfolio of premium beauty, skincare, wellness, and luxury brands across the GCC.
Reporting to the Division Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, expanding distribution, increasing brand visibility, and delivering sustainable sales growth across assigned brands, channels, and markets.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across the GCC.
- Build and manage strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts.
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and distribution targets.
- Increase product listings, door openings, and market penetration.
- Execute commercial plans, promotional activities, and brand activations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer opportunities.
- Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory, and Training teams to ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
- Represent Ali Bin Ali Beauty professionally across customer meetings, exhibitions, launches, and industry events.
