We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager with a strong background in construction materials, building materials, industrial chemicals, and oil & gas sector sales
. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B sales, business development, and managing key accounts within construction, industrial, and energy markets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the construction, infrastructure, industrial, and oil & gas sectors
. - Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, EPC companies, oil & gas companies, distributors, and industrial clients.
- Promote and sell construction materials, building products, specialty chemicals, and industrial solutions
. - Manage the complete sales process, including prospecting, client meetings, technical discussions, quotations, negotiations, and contract closure.
- Develop key accounts and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions for construction, maintenance, and industrial applications.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business development plans for management review.
- Coordinate with technical, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in construction materials, building materials, chemical products, or oil & gas industries
. - Strong understanding of construction chemicals, industrial chemicals, building materials, and related products.
- Experience dealing with EPC contractors, oil & gas companies, consultants, developers, and industrial clients is highly preferred.
- Existing network and market knowledge within construction and oil & gas sectors is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and develop new markets independently.
- Valid driving license preferred.
