Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and selling IT products, software solutions, cloud services, managed services, and IT support solutions. The successful candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and lead generation.
  • Promote and sell IT products, software, hardware, cloud solutions, cybersecurity solutions, managed IT services, and annual maintenance contracts (AMC).
  • Meet with prospective clients to understand their business requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to successfully close sales.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities using CRM software.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field. 2‑5 years of experience in IT sales, technology solutions, or B2B sales. Strong knowledge of IT products, software, networking, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and managed services. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Valid driving license is an advantage.
