Job Title: Business Development Manager

As the Business Development Manager
- Cyber Security, you will drive and improve vendor sales while meeting the vendor and company objectives and targets. You will micro‑manage all layers of the sales channel, improving product depth and market share for all tiers. Your focus will be on maintaining current business relationships, improving inactive accounts, and creating new business opportunities. You will also be aware of all project bids and target Ingram Micro involvement in them.
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
- Coordinate the involvement of company personnel to meet partner performance objectives and partners' expectations.
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
- Proactively lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
- Drive adoption of company programs among assigned partners.
- Graduate with 5–7 years of experience in IT.
- Experience with Cisco & Gulf products.
- Technical background is preferred.
- Strong customer‑first mentality able to utilize relationships to drive results.
