Business Development & Sales Intern
This full‑time on‑site position offers great opportunities for career growth. We are looking for dynamic and driven Business Development & Sales Interns to join our remote team. As a key part of our sales function, you will be the bridge between our product and the customer—initiating conversations, researching potential leads, and closing opportunities.
Responsibilities- Reach out to potential clients through Eurostaffs, email outreach, Whats App, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Learn and implement lead‑generation strategies across platforms such as Eurostaffs, Twitter (X), Facebook Groups, startup communities, and online business directories.
- Identify and onboard B2B distributors, referral partners, startup incubators, accelerators, and co‑working spaces as strategic partners.
- Connect with founders, startups, MSMEs, HR professionals, and business owners to explain the company’s AI workforce solutions and service offerings.
- Conduct follow‑up calls and meetings to pitch services, answer client queries, and build professional relationships.
- Maintain daily trackers for leads, calls, meetings, responses, and conversions.
- Work with the internal team to improve outreach quality, conversion rates, and partnership acquisition.
- Achieve daily and weekly outreach and communication targets with professionalism and consistency.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Confident in outreach and networking.
- Familiarity with ChatGPT, Eurostaffs and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of CRM tools will be a plus.
- Self‑motivated and target‑driven.
- Proactive and professional attitude.
- Interest in startups, sales, or business development.
- Location:
Remote – Qatar - Duration: 3 months
- Working hours:
Flexible - Unpaid internship opportunity with performance‑based incentives.
